Text updates about your trip

Wander Window LLC can text you about your trip while it is being planned and while you're away. We text only clients who ask for it, from their own Wander Window account.

How to turn trip texts on

When you create your Wander Window account. Your advisor's invitation opens the page where you set up your account. Under Trip text updates, tick the box beside your mobile number. The box is never ticked for you, and your account works the same if you leave it.
Or later, in My Account. Sign in, open My Account, tick the box under Text messages and press Turn on texts.

There is no sign-up form on this page. Texts are tied to your account, so they go to the number saved in it.

What the box says

Yes, text me about my trip — reservation confirmations, reminders when my advisor needs an answer, and replies when I ask for help while travelling.

Automated texts from Wander Window LLC. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Ticking this is optional — consent is not required to book or to use this site.

Message frequency: varies — typically a few messages around the dates of your trip.
Standard rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Help & stop: reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time.
By ticking the box in your account you agree to receive text messages from Wander Window LLC at the number you give. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What you'll receive

Reservation confirmations — a restaurant or tour your advisor has booked for you, with the time and the name it's under.
Reminders when we need an answer — when picks are waiting on your yes or no and a booking can't be held any longer.
Replies when you ask for help — if you text us while you're away, your advisor answers on the same thread.

We never send marketing texts, we never share or sell your number, and we only text people who have asked us to, by ticking the box in their Wander Window account. Messages are sent by Wander Window LLC.

Stopping them

Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply START to turn them back on, or HELP for contact details. You can also turn them off in My Account (Turn off texts, under Text messages), or email support@wanderwindow.travel and we'll remove your number.
