Advisor access

The advisor beta is by invitation. Open the personal invitation in your email to create your advisor account, confirm your email, and set up your business and team. Clients receive their account invitations from their advisor.

Existing accounts and trips

If you're a client of an advisor who uses Wander Window, your advisor is your first stop for anything about your trip. For trouble signing in, email us — or head to the sign-in page if you already have access.

Text messages

SMS trip updates are optional and only ever sent to people who explicitly opted in, by ticking the text-messages box in their Wander Window account — when they create it, or later in My Account. The SMS page has the details. Reply STOP to any message to end them, reply HELP for help, or email us and we'll remove your number.

Your information

Requests about your data — access, correction, or deletion — are covered in the privacy policy, and the same email address handles them.
