Wander Window

Website terms

Last updated 28 October 2026

These Website Terms are an agreement between you and Wander Window LLC, a New York limited liability company, for use of our travel-planning software. If you register for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business; “you” includes that business where applicable.

Software and travel arrangements are separate. These terms cover the website and your account. Bookings, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, insurance and supplier responsibility are governed by the separate arrangements you make with your travel advisor and suppliers. Using the software does not appoint Wander Window LLC as your travel agent or make us a party to those bookings.

Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Provide accurate first and last names, an email address you control and accurate business details, and keep them current. Each person needs their own login. Keep passwords and invitation links private, use only your authorized access, and tell us promptly about suspected misuse.

Your advisor may email or text you a personal answer link, which lets you choose from your trip’s options without an account. Anyone who holds it can answer as you until it closes, so keep it private as you would a password, and ask your advisor to turn it off if it reaches someone else. It opens only those options; everything else needs an account.

Self-service registration is for travel advisors. During the beta, registration also requires a personal invitation sent to your email address; the invitation does not guarantee immediate access to every feature. Advisors can invite colleagues into their team and clients into the client workspace. An invitation grants only the access assigned to it; an agency connection does not create access to another team's private client records.

By selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting account setup, you accept these terms, acknowledge our Privacy Policy and confirm your eligibility. We record the submitted agreement and the policy versions. A returning sign-in or password reset does not create a new acceptance record. Permission for optional texts is a separate choice.

Responsibilities of advisors and teams

Business account holders are responsible for their team's authorized use, invitations and access settings. Invite only people you are entitled to contact for this purpose, assign access carefully and remove colleagues who should no longer have access. Your team name must not impersonate another business or imply an affiliation you do not have.

You remain responsible for your travel business, professional advice, client relationship, supplier arrangements, required registrations and licenses, and the laws that apply to your activities. The software does not provide legal, tax, insurance or medical advice, and does not satisfy those obligations for you.

Before entering information about a client, colleague or fellow traveler, have the authority and permissions needed to provide it, use it for the intended purpose, and share it with the people and service providers described in the Privacy Policy. Give appropriate notices to the people whose information you enter. For allergies, accessibility needs and other sensitive details, obtain any permission required by applicable law and provide only what is needed for planning. Do not enter payment-card security codes, account passwords, Social Security numbers or unrelated medical records.

Lawful and acceptable use

You agree not to use Wander Window to do anything illegal or to help anyone else do so. In particular, you must not:

Report suspected misuse, infringing content or a security issue to support@wanderwindow.travel. Include enough detail to locate the issue and explain your concern, without accessing or sending someone else's private information unnecessarily.

Your content and our software

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Wander Window LLC permission to host, store, process, copy and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including authorized team and client access, imports, AI assistance and sharing you select. We may use our service providers for those purposes. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of private client content. We will ask before using your private content or business identity as a marketing endorsement.

Wander Window and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, branding and their own content. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for your travel business or your personal travel planning within your assigned access. This does not transfer ownership or authorize resale, copying or use of our branding as your own. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights.

Team, agency and traveler sharing

Use the sharing controls only for content you have permission to distribute. Published dining recommendations can be reviewed by the connected network and saved as independent copies in member teams' catalogues. Those copies can remain after you leave the network, change the original or withdraw it. Selected DMC and tour-operator shares expose only the reviewed supplier and selected tour details; revoking a share stops future access through that share but cannot recall information already read or saved.

Keep private rates, commissions, supplier contracts, client details and confidential notes out of public descriptions and network feedback. Review the destination and content before sharing. Membership in an agency does not permit taking another team's private records.

Individual decision ratings are private to the person and their authorized advisor team except where a shared decision is identified. Shared group picks show participating travelers' responses. A household Dining check-in can contain one set of answers for the party that other authorized participants can view or update. Do not put information into a shared answer that you need kept from those participants; contact your advisor directly instead.

Recommendations, AI and booking information

Advisors and third parties provide recommendations, descriptions, prices and other planning information. Details can change or be incomplete. AI features may draft questions, extract documents, rank catalogue items, generate editorial images or help advisors draft Field Guide wording. Their output can be inaccurate, and a human must review it before relying on it or sending it to a client.

A recommendation, saved item or AI result is not a booking or confirmation. Confirm arrangements, prices, restrictions and current availability with your advisor and supplier and check your booking documents. Allergy and accessibility matches are planning assistance, not a safety guarantee; verify accommodations directly with the supplier. Photographs are illustrative. A generated image is labeled as generated and is editorial artwork rather than a verified photograph of the venue.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or performance. Time-sensitive requests and emergencies should go directly to your advisor, supplier or the appropriate emergency service.

Wander Window includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of them is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Paid software plans and optional messaging

Paid plans and add-ons are optional purchases for advisor businesses. Billing shows the price, billing interval, included service and any trial or free period before checkout. A business administrator who completes checkout confirms authority to make that purchase and authorizes the charges and renewals described there. Creating an account or accepting these Website Terms alone does not authorize a charge.

When checkout identifies the purchase as sold through Link, LLC, Link is the merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. Link collects payment, handles applicable sales taxes and provides receipts, invoices and transaction support. Your payment details are provided directly to Stripe and Link; Wander Window does not receive your full card number. You can manage subscriptions through Billing or your Link account. Contact Link for transaction, refund or dispute requests and support@wanderwindow.travel for software and messaging support. Applicable refund and consumer rights continue to apply.

Subscriptions renew at the interval and price accepted at checkout until cancelled. Billing and the payment provider show the effective cancellation date. Cancelling a software purchase does not cancel travel arrangements. The optional SMS add-on also requires the separate Messaging Agreement, business registration and carrier review. Payment does not mean texting is immediately available. Its first monthly payment is due on your existing Wander Window billing date in the calendar month after carrier approval, using the month's last day if that billing day does not exist. Activation includes service until that date, and no monthly service fee is charged while initial approval is pending. Cancelling SMS stops messaging and its future renewals.

Beta availability and changes to service

The service is actively developed. Features, access limits and availability may change, and beta features may be interrupted or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or a particular response time. Keep your own copies of critical business and travel records. We will present any proposed paid plan and its charges before asking you to purchase it; these terms do not authorize an undisclosed charge.

We may restrict or suspend access for a material breach, suspected unlawful activity, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where reasonably practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can contact us about a restriction or request account closure and your data under the Privacy Policy. Ending access does not cancel your separate travel bookings or erase records that the policy explains are retained.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that supplier information or AI output is accurate, complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Wander Window LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the software, including lost profits, business interruption or loss of anticipated travel enjoyment. Our total liability for claims arising from the service or these terms is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the software during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, or reduces mandatory consumer protections or your rights under separate booking terms. These limits apply only to the extent applicable law allows.

Business users' responsibility for third-party claims

If you use the service for a business, that business agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to reimburse Wander Window LLC for reasonable losses and legal costs awarded or agreed in settlement of a third-party claim caused by its unlawful use, material breach of these terms or violation of another person's rights through submitted content. This does not cover claims caused by our own breach, negligence or misconduct. We will notify you promptly, allow reasonable participation in the response, and obtain your consent before a settlement imposes payment or other obligations on you. This provision does not apply to clients using the tool solely for personal travel.

Governing law

New York law governs these terms, without its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to mandatory laws that give you other rights, disputes concerning the software belong in the state courts of Nassau County, New York, or the federal courts of the Eastern District of New York. Either party may use an available small-claims court. No arbitration requirement or class-action waiver is created by these terms. Disputes about bookings remain subject to the separate terms with your advisor and suppliers.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These terms and any separately agreed software plan govern the service; a written agreement signed by us controls any direct conflict. Provisions about accrued obligations, content already shared, liability and disputes survive account closure as applicable.

Text messages

You can ask us to text you about your trip by ticking the box when you create your account, or later in My Account. It is entirely optional: we will never text you unless you gave us a number and ticked the box, and agreeing is not a condition of using this tool, of booking, or of anything else. The text messaging page describes the texts.

If you do: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan, and you can reply STOP at any time to end them or HELP for contact details. Messages are sent by Wander Window LLC. What we record when you agree, and how long we keep it, is in the privacy page.

Changes and contact

We identify revisions by the date and revision number above. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service or email before they apply, with additional agreement requested where required. Changes apply prospectively; they do not rewrite the version recorded for an earlier acceptance.

For questions about the software, these terms or your account, contact Wander Window LLC at support@wanderwindow.travel. For how we collect and use information, including workflow analytics, read the Privacy Policy.
